Purchases of the Magnetic Memory Method Masterclass, Mastermind, individual courses listed on the site’s store or the Magnetic Memory Method Print Newsletter (currently unavailable) are protected by the listed guarantee, or lack of guarantee, mentioned at point of sale subject to these conditions. Not all offers include guarantees or may require proof of assignment completion of other conditions. Special offers from affiliate partners are not open to transfer, revision, modification or any form of change to respect those partners and their original point of sale. All forms of refund fraud, dishonesty, misrepresentation or using multiple names and email addresses will negate eligibility for refunds. Mastermind subscriptions are non-refundable after the first year calculated to the minute the purchase was made. Individuals who select other continuity programs may or may not have guarantees, in which case, all sales are final. All print sales made through the site are final regardless of delivery issues or damage. Any service involving my time is governed by the strategy session policy and not eligible for refund.
Advanced Education Methodologies Pty Ltd. bears and accepts no responsibility for transactions made for products through any other site. Advanced Education Methodologies Pty Ltd. processes refunds through the same software used at the point of purchase and accepts no responsibility for charges incurred during any transaction incurred due to currency exchanges, credit card fees, PayPal charges or any other costs a customer’s bank may impose. If for any reason your card has been changed, our software may not be able to process your refund. All refunds must go through the same point of sale to the same card or purchase mechanism with no exceptions.
Purchasers are eligible for one refund, except when excessive questions have been asked and full service answers have been provided. All refund requests after re-purchasing the program or failing to complete the agreed upon assignments and/or payments will be considered refund abuse. Asking for additional help while requesting a refund is also considered refund abuse.
All prices are in USD. Note that delinquent payments for products on this site do not qualify for refunding. It is the duty of customers to ensure that their credit cards are in order and payments are made in full and on time.
